Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Free Shipping (7–10 Business Days)

Eligibility: Free shipping is available on all orders.

Expedited Shipping (3–5 Business Days)

Cost: $19.99

Delivery Timeframe: Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days after processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment at any time.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we do not ship out of the United States. If you have any questions about shipping to your location, please contact our customer support team.

Delivery Issues

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We can only make changes before the order has been processed.


Lost or Stolen Packages

MITCHELL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered and you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier or reach out to us for assistance.
